Mentoring
What Mentoring Means to Me
As an Aggie, a veteran, and a lifelong learner, I believe mentorship is more than guidance—it's a relationship rooted in trust, mutual respect, and shared purpose. I’ve walked diverse paths—from the deck of a Navy vessel to doctoral research labs—each chapter shaped by mentors who challenged me, supported me, and believed in my potential. Now, it’s my turn to pay it forward!

…I'll help you make a plan, find the resources, and build the confidence to take the next step.
